rights

i, the commissioner ;
- i maintain the rights to post my work in any form.- i maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request. Your commission will be used into my gallery/portfolio.- i maintain the right to turn down any commission or service.you, the buyer ;
- you may edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. however, I require you still credit me for the piece.- you may print your commission for personal use.- you may post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.- you may NOT reprint your commission for a profit.- you may NOT use/feed my art into A.I. to train them.

editing

amount of editing ; I only allow unlimited amounts of editing for poses when I'm the sketch phase. Anything beyond the sketch phase, the buyer only has 3 edits they can do.I do not allow refunds!

extra

any other terms ; I would appreciate if you send me references, small summaries of the character's personality, poses, clothes, etc. This makes my work a lot more easier and faster to provide my services. You can ask for a change of canvas (ex. 1080x1080) because I use a variety of canvases.For extra provisions, you, the buyer, has to pay 50% up front so I can start the commission. Once I finish the commission (which will take me around a few days, weeks, or at least a month) and sent a watermarked final version of your commission, you can send me the rest of the 50% and I'll send the final commissioned artwork unwatermarked.All commission prices are based on USD! I will not take any payment in any other form of currency in other countries.The buyer must understand that they are commissioning a minor under 18. Messages and chats will be monitored by someone over 18.
